Rachael play calls and plays fiddle in the Blue Hat Ceilidh Band, which is available to hire for all kinds of events and functions.
Rachael also plays in various other ensembles, including a duo with renowned Northumbrian fiddler Robin Dunn. Together they play folk tunes from around the UK, America, Canada and Europe, in unique self-penned arrangements.

As a solo artist Rachael performs on both fiddle and viola. Her repertoire is diverse and varied, drawing upon her training as a graduate of the Folk and Traditional music degree at Newcastle University, her extensive experience as a performer subsequently and her classical background.
